Terms of Service

1. Overview

ReddBounty operates a marketplace that connects advertisers looking to promote products, services, or content on Reddit with real people who post from their own established accounts. By creating an account, purchasing Red Tokens, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using ReddBounty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. No Affiliation with Reddit

ReddBounty is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Reddit, Inc., reddit.com, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "Reddit", the Reddit logo, and all related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of Reddit, Inc. and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Reddit does not review, approve, or supervise anything posted through ReddBounty. Your use of Reddit remains governed by Reddit's own User Agreement and Content Policy, and you are solely responsible for complying with them, along with the rules of each subreddit you participate in. ReddBounty has no control over Reddit's moderation decisions and is not responsible for removals, suspensions, shadowbans, or account bans imposed by Reddit or its moderators.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ReddBounty. You may not use the platform if you have previously been removed from it, or if you are located in a jurisdiction where these services are prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. One person or organisation may not operate multiple accounts to bypass limits, trials, or enforcement actions.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

• All bounties must comply with Reddit's Content Policy and the rules of the target subreddit.
• Bounties must be funded with Red Tokens before work is claimed.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your bounty brief and for reviewing submitted proof promptly.
• Prohibited content includes illegal goods or services, financial scams, malware, hate speech, harassment, doxxing, and sexually explicit material.
• You may not instruct posters to impersonate someone, fabricate reviews of products they have not used, or engage in vote manipulation.

5. Poster Responsibilities

• Posters must use their own genuine Reddit accounts, operated from their own devices.
• All posts must be authentic and comply with the rules of the subreddit where they are shared.
• Posters must provide accurate proof-of-post URLs and screenshots for review.
• Bots, automation, purchased or rented accounts, throwaways created for the job, and vote manipulation are strictly prohibited.
• Submitting falsified proof, deleting a post after payment, or otherwise gaming the review process is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial, prorated, or unused-time refunds for subscriptions. Plan prices may change with notice, effective from your next renewal.

7. Acceptable Use of Subscription Tools

A subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the ReddBounty tools for your own brand or, on plans that permit it, for clients managed inside your own account. The following are prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Sharing, selling, renting, or otherwise giving access to your account or credentials to anyone outside your paid seat allowance.
• Pooling one subscription across multiple companies, agencies, or unrelated users.
• Reselling, white-labelling, or repackaging our outputs as a competing tool or service without a written agreement with us.
• Scraping, crawling, or programmatically extracting data from the platform, or accessing it through any automated means other than interfaces we provide.
• Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, seat limits, or quotas, including by creating additional accounts.
• Reverse engineering our systems, probing for vulnerabilities, or placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or third-party providers.

We monitor for abuse and may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund of any amounts already paid.

8. Red Tokens

Red Tokens are prepaid platform credits used to fund bounties, priced at 1 Red Token per 1 USD. Tokens are not money, not a deposit, not a stored-value or e-money instrument, and carry no cash value outside the platform. When you fund a bounty, tokens are held until the poster submits proof and you approve or reject it. Approved work releases payment to the poster, less our platform fee. Unspent tokens remain in your balance and do not expire while your account is in good standing. Tokens cannot be transferred or sold to another user.

9. No Refunds

All purchases on ReddBounty are final. Red Token purchases, subscription payments, add-ons, and one-time programs are non-refundable, including unused tokens and unused portions of a billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent further charges, and unused tokens stay in your balance for future bounties instead of being returned.

This does not affect refund rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction. Genuine duplicate charges or verified billing errors are corrected. See our Refund Policy for full details.

10. Disputes Between Users

If an advertiser rejects a submission or a post is removed after approval, either party may open a dispute. Our support team reviews the evidence and makes a final decision on whether tokens are returned to the advertiser's balance or released to the poster. This decision is a platform-level resolution and is not a refund to your payment method.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, violate Reddit's policies, abuse our tools, or engage in fraudulent behaviour. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for pending bounties or outstanding balances, and amounts already paid are not refunded. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Intellectual Property

The platform, its software, and its branding remain our property. Content you submit stays yours, and you grant us a licence to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service. Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing anywhere.

13. Disclaimers

ReddBounty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, engagement, conversion, or business outcome, and we do not guarantee that a post will remain live on Reddit. Third-party platforms can change their rules, algorithms, and moderation at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from Reddit account actions taken against you. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ReddBounty in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ReddBounty harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the content you publish or commission, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies.

16. Service Availability & Reddit Platform Changes

We work to keep ReddBounty available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. The service also depends on Reddit, its rules, and its APIs: changes to Reddit's platform, policies, rate limits, or moderation behaviour can affect what the service can deliver, and we are not liable for disruptions caused by those changes.

17. Third-Party Services

The platform links to and integrates with third-party services, including Reddit, our payment processor, storage and AI providers, and optional integrations such as Slack. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

18. Term, Termination & Survival

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or risk to the platform or its users. On termination your right to use the service ends immediately, you remain liable for charges already incurred, and unused Red Tokens are forfeited where termination follows a breach. Sections covering intellectual property, no refunds, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReddBounty is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting a formal claim you agree to contact us at hello@reddbounty.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights available in your country of residence.

20. Severability, Assignment & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent needed to be enforceable and the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ReddBounty and supersede any prior understanding on the same subject.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
