Terms of Service

1. Overview

ReddBounty operates a marketplace that connects brands looking to promote products, services, or content on Reddit with real people who post from their own established accounts. By creating an account, purchasing campaign balance, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using ReddBounty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to the public website, free tools, signed-in workspace and services purchased through ReddBounty. A Brand is a person or organisation commissioning a Campaign. A Creator is a person completing a Task. A Campaign is the overall brief; a Task is an individual piece of work within it. References to campaign balance describe the prepaid balance shown in your account, not a separate investment product.

2. No Affiliation with Reddit

ReddBounty is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Reddit, Inc., reddit.com, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "Reddit", the Reddit logo, and all related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of Reddit, Inc. and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Reddit does not review, approve, or supervise anything posted through ReddBounty. Your use of Reddit remains governed by Reddit's own User Agreement and Content Policy, and you are solely responsible for complying with them, along with the rules of each subreddit you participate in. ReddBounty has no control over Reddit's moderation decisions and is not responsible for removals, suspensions, shadowbans, or account bans imposed by Reddit or its moderators.

A Campaign appearing in our workspace does not mean Reddit or a subreddit has approved it. Moderators may apply additional rules about links, commercial participation, account history and suitable topics. Before publishing, review the current rules of the community concerned. A previously accepted contribution does not establish permission for a later one, and a post remaining visible is not confirmation of compliance.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ReddBounty. You may not use the platform if you have previously been removed from it, or if you are located in a jurisdiction where these services are prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. One person or organisation may not operate multiple accounts to bypass limits, trials, or enforcement actions.

Provide accurate registration information and keep your contact details current so we can reach you about account security, billing and disputes. If you act on behalf of a business, you must have authority to commit that business to these Terms. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Do not share passwords in Campaign briefs, support messages or proof submissions; use the team access available under your plan instead.

4. Brand Responsibilities

• All campaigns must comply with Reddit's Content Policy and the rules of the target subreddit.
• Campaigns must be funded with campaign balance before work is accepted.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your campaign brief and for reviewing submitted proof promptly.
• Prohibited content includes illegal goods or services, financial scams, malware, hate speech, harassment, doxxing, and sexually explicit material.
• You may not instruct creators to impersonate someone, fabricate reviews of products they have not used, or engage in vote manipulation.

A brief should identify the offer, intended audience, destination link and any restrictions that affect the proposed contribution. You must have permission to use the names, images, documents and other material you supply. Do not ask a Creator to conceal a material paid relationship, misrepresent personal experience or make unsupported product claims. Required advertising disclosures must appear in the actual contribution and follow applicable law and community rules.

5. Creator Responsibilities

• Creators must use their own genuine Reddit accounts, operated from their own devices.
• All posts must be authentic and comply with the rules of the subreddit where they are shared.
• Creators must provide accurate proof-of-post URLs and screenshots for review.
• Bots, automation, purchased or rented accounts, throwaways created for the job, and vote manipulation are strictly prohibited.
• Submitting falsified proof, deleting a post after payment, or otherwise gaming the review process is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

Accept only work you can complete lawfully and honestly. Read the brief and current community rules, and raise unclear instructions before publishing. A live link and screenshot should identify the actual contribution, not another person's work or an edited representation of it. Where required, disclose compensation or another material relationship. Approval of an account or submission does not remove your responsibility for what you publish.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial, prorated, or unused-time refunds for subscriptions. Plan prices may change with notice, effective from your next renewal.

The plan, billing interval and total charge shown at checkout govern your purchase. A subscription provides access to the tools and allowances described for that plan; it does not make every Campaign free or guarantee that Creators will accept work. Review your next renewal date before cancelling. Closing a browser window, disconnecting an integration or ceasing to use the service does not itself cancel a recurring subscription.

7. Acceptable Use of Subscription Tools

A subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the ReddBounty tools for your own brand or, on plans that permit it, for clients managed inside your own account. The following are prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Sharing, selling, renting, or otherwise giving access to your account or credentials to anyone outside your paid seat allowance.
• Pooling one subscription across multiple companies, agencies, or unrelated users.
• Reselling, white-labelling, or repackaging our outputs as a competing tool or service without a written agreement with us.
• Scraping, crawling, or programmatically extracting data from the platform, or accessing it through any automated means other than interfaces we provide.
• Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, seat limits, or quotas, including by creating additional accounts.
• Reverse engineering our systems, probing for vulnerabilities, or placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or third-party providers.

We monitor for abuse and may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund of any amounts already paid.

Usage allowances and permitted team seats depend on your selected plan. Use authorised interfaces and do not rotate accounts or share credentials to obtain additional allowances. If an integration fails, repeated attempts to bypass restrictions are not an acceptable workaround. Report suspected security issues privately to support rather than accessing another user's records, disrupting the service or publishing sensitive information.

8. Campaign Balance

Campaign balance is prepaid platform credits used to fund campaigns, priced at one unit of prepaid credit per US dollar. Campaign balance is not money, not a deposit, not a stored-value or e-money instrument, and carries no cash value outside the platform. When you fund a campaign, balance is held until the creator submits proof and you approve or reject it. Approved work releases payment to the creator, less our platform fee. Unspent campaign balance remains in your balance and does not expire while your account is in good standing. Campaign balance cannot be transferred or sold to another user.

The account interface expresses campaign balance in dollars for clarity. It remains a prepaid platform credit rather than a bank account or cash withdrawal balance. A reservation allocates balance to a Campaign and is different from a completed payment for approved work. Check the amount and available balance before confirming a Campaign. A balance return following a dispute is governed by the Refund Policy and is distinct from a refund of the original purchase.

9. No Refunds

All purchases on ReddBounty are final. Campaign balance purchases, subscription payments, add-ons, and one-time programs are non-refundable, including unused campaign balance and unused portions of a billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent further charges, and unused campaign balance stays in your balance for future campaigns instead of being returned.

This does not affect refund rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction. Genuine duplicate charges or verified billing errors are corrected. See our Refund Policy for full details.

A decision not to continue marketing, a change in your business plans or a lack of use does not by itself create a refund entitlement. Likewise, a tool recommendation or Campaign outcome differing from your expectations does not change the purchase terms. The no-refund rule is subject to the mandatory rights and verified billing-error exceptions stated here and in the Refund Policy; it does not authorise us to disregard applicable law.

10. Disputes Between Users

If a Brand rejects a submission or a post is removed after approval, either party may open a dispute. Our support team reviews the evidence and makes a final decision on whether balance is returned to the brand's balance or released to the creator. This decision is a platform-level resolution and is not a refund to your payment method.

When raising a dispute, identify the Campaign, Task, disputed contribution and the reason you believe the brief or applicable rules were not followed. Include relevant links, screenshots and messages rather than personal accusations. We may ask either party for clarification and review the information available to us. Do not post private account information publicly while a dispute is being considered. Platform review does not prevent you exercising rights that the law preserves.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, violate Reddit's policies, abuse our tools, or engage in fraudulent behaviour. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for pending campaigns or outstanding balances, and amounts already paid are not refunded. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Restrictions may concern particular tools, Campaigns or the entire account, depending on the issue. Keep copies of information you are entitled to retain before requesting closure. Account closure and subscription cancellation are separate matters, so review billing settings as well. If you believe an enforcement action was based on incorrect information, contact support with the relevant account and evidence so the matter can be reviewed.

12. Intellectual Property

The platform, its software, and its branding remain our property. Content you submit stays yours, and you grant us a licence to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service. Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing anywhere.

You must not upload material you are not entitled to use, including confidential documents belonging to another business or copyrighted content supplied without permission. The operational licence allows us to process material for hosting, collaboration, AI assistance and submission review; it does not transfer your ownership of the underlying material. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs and must be checked for accuracy, rights, suitability and compliance before use.

13. Disclaimers

ReddBounty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, engagement, conversion, or business outcome, and we do not guarantee that a post will remain live on Reddit. Third-party platforms can change their rules, algorithms, and moderation at any time.

Search rankings, traffic estimates, thread scores and AI visibility results are snapshots or estimates, not promises of future performance. AI systems can produce incomplete, incorrect or outdated answers. Example product views are not measurements of your business. You should review source information and apply your own judgement before making a marketing, financial or legal decision. Nothing in the service replaces advice from a qualified professional where that advice is needed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from Reddit account actions taken against you. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ReddBounty in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitation applies to claims arising from use of the service or inability to use it, to the extent the law permits that limitation. It is not intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or to remove mandatory consumer protections. You remain responsible for maintaining your own records and evaluating the risks of publishing to third-party platforms, whose actions and continued availability we cannot control.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ReddBounty harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the content you publish or commission, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies.

This obligation concerns claims connected to material or instructions you supply, rights you infringe, or conduct that breaches these Terms. If such a claim arises, preserve the relevant records and cooperate with reasonable requests for information. This section is subject to applicable law and does not expand our rights beyond what that law permits or excuse our own obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Service Availability & Reddit Platform Changes

We work to keep ReddBounty available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. The service also depends on Reddit, its rules, and its APIs: changes to Reddit's platform, policies, rate limits, or moderation behaviour can affect what the service can deliver, and we are not liable for disruptions caused by those changes.

A feature may depend on external data, account permissions or provider availability. Delays, rate limits and changes to data coverage can affect the completeness or timing of results. Do not treat an empty result as proof that no relevant conversation exists. We may adjust how a feature operates to respond to security, legal or third-party requirements. Keep independent copies of important business records rather than relying on uninterrupted access.

17. Third-Party Services

The platform links to and integrates with third-party services, including Reddit, our payment processor, storage and AI providers, and optional integrations such as Slack. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Connecting an optional service authorises the requested interaction with that service; it does not make ReddBounty its operator. Review the permissions and third-party terms before connecting it, and disconnect integrations you no longer need. Payment, communication and file providers may have their own processing requirements. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information shared to support these functions.

18. Term, Termination & Survival

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or risk to the platform or its users. On termination your right to use the service ends immediately, you remain liable for charges already incurred, and unused campaign balance is forfeited where termination follows a breach. Sections covering intellectual property, no refunds, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

Ending access does not undo completed work, erase invoices or remove public content from Reddit. Some information may be retained under the Privacy Policy for accounting, dispute resolution and legal requirements. The survival provisions apply only to the extent needed to give effect to the existing agreement and applicable law. A suspension or closure does not automatically settle an open Campaign dispute.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReddBounty is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting a formal proceeding you agree to contact us at hello@reddbounty.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights available in your country of residence.

An informal request should explain the issue, identify the account and relevant transaction, and state the resolution sought. The informal-resolution requirement does not restrict urgent remedies or non-waivable rights available under applicable law. This section does not identify a new jurisdiction or a new legal entity; those details depend on the establishment of the business, and questions about them should be directed to our legal contact.

20. Severability, Assignment & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent needed to be enforceable and the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ReddBounty and supersede any prior understanding on the same subject.

A heading or explanatory summary is provided to help readers navigate and does not replace the detailed provisions. References to a written agreement mean an agreement with ReddBounty, not an informal promise by another marketplace user. Where mandatory law overrides a provision, that law takes priority. The related policies should be read together when deciding how the service handles payments, content and personal information.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Review the updated document when we notify you of a material change, particularly before making a new purchase or launching another Campaign. The date shown here identifies this page revision. A change in wording does not itself create a retrospective charge, erase an existing mandatory right or imply that an earlier transaction occurred under different terms. Keep a copy of the version relevant to your records if needed.
