Terms of Service

1. Overview

ReddBounty operates a marketplace that connects advertisers looking to promote products, services, or content on Reddit with real users who post from their own established accounts. By accessing or using ReddBounty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use ReddBounty. You may not use the platform if you have been previously banned or if you are located in a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

• All bounties must comply with Reddit's Content Policy and Terms of Service.
• Advertisers must fund bounties using Red Tokens before posting goes live.
• Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of bounty requirements and must review submitted proof promptly.
• Prohibited content includes illegal goods, scams, hate speech, harassment, and sexually explicit material.

4. Poster Responsibilities

• Posters must use their own real Reddit accounts with genuine history and karma.
• All posts must be authentic and comply with the subreddit rules where they are shared.
• Posters must provide accurate proof-of-post URLs and screenshots for review.
• Posters may not use bots, throwaway accounts, or engage in vote manipulation.

5. Payments & Red Tokens

Red Tokens are prepaid credits used to fund bounties. 1 Red Token equals 1 USD. Once a bounty is funded, tokens are held in escrow until the poster submits proof and the advertiser approves it. Posters receive 75% of the bounty value upon approval. Payouts are available in USD once the poster's balance reaches the minimum threshold of $20.

6. Refunds

Unspent Red Tokens may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no bounties have been funded with those tokens. Tokens already committed to active bounties are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Reddit's policies, or engage in fraudulent behavior. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for pending bounties or outstanding balances.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReddBounty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ReddBounty in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
