Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We want you to be confident when using ReddBounty. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for Red Tokens, subscriptions, and other purchases on our platform.

2. Red Token Refunds

  • Eligible: Unspent Red Tokens purchased within the last 14 days and not committed to any bounty.
  • Not eligible: Tokens already assigned to an active, completed, or disputed bounty. Tokens earned through posting are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no Red Tokens included in the plan have been used.
  • If you experience a billing error or duplicate charge, contact us immediately for a full correction.

4. Bounty Disputes

If a poster submits proof that an advertiser rejects unfairly, either party may open a dispute. Our support team will review the evidence and make a binding decision. If the decision favors the advertiser, tokens return to their balance. If it favors the poster, tokens are released as payout.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@reddbounty.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith. Users found violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
